My Skill Stack & Tools

  • Figma

    Collaborative Design

Figma is my collaborative design platform of choice. I utilize it to work seamlessly with team members and clients, facilitating real-time feedback and design iterations. Its cloud-based approach streamlines the design process for me, whether I'm working individually or with a team.

  • FigJam

    Brainstorm and Workshop

I love FigJam because it facilitates collaborative brainstorming with a focus on real-time iteration and stakeholder alignment. While I also use Miro and Mural, I prioritize FigJam for its native ecosystem integration, enabling seamless transitions from conceptual ideation to high-fidelity design.

  • Claude

    AI assistant / Content Generation

I leverage the MCP to bridge Claude with Figma, enabling AI-driven design audits, automated component creation, and seamless real-time syncing between chat and the canvas. I have experience working with cross-functional teams, syncing code and design.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud

    Industry-standard Design

Expert proficiency in Illustrator for scalable design systems and iconography, Photoshop for high-fidelity photography assets, After Effects for prototyping micro-interactions and motion studies, and Premiere Pro for crafting compelling user journey narratives and case studies.

  • Pendo

    Product Experience & Analytics

I'm proficient in using Pendo for no-code product analytics and in-app guidance, leveraging retroactive data to identify user friction points, mapping journeys to optimize task completion, and deploying targeted guides to drive feature adoption and user onboarding.

  • HotJar

    User Behavior Analytics

I use Hotjar to see actual user behavior on my designs. Its heatmaps and recordings reveal why users act certain ways, helping me pinpoint issues and create better experiences. I prefer it over Pendo for moderated user testing (Hotjar Engage).

  • WCAG

    Web Accessibility Guidelines

This set of web accessibility guidelines acts as my blueprint for creating inclusive digital experiences. WCAG 2.2 ensures I develop interfaces that everyone can navigate and interact with, fostering a more equitable web for all users, regardless of their abilities.

  • Notion

    Project Management

Notion helps me keep my projects organized. I use it for project management, task tracking, and as a central hub for documentation, ensuring that everything from design notes to project timelines is in one place.

  • Azure DevOps

    Communication with PMs and POs

Azure DevOps is my preferred way to communicate with Product Owners and Managers. Its features are amazing for story creation, progression tracking, and management. It's an amazing tool and has helped me to meet guidelines and due dates. I also have experience working with Jira (Atlassian) and Rally.
