Based on my research, I've seen that people who can't hear well face big problems every day, from talking to others to feeling part of a group. My goal with this project has been to truly understand these issues and find a real way to make things better for them.
By looking closely at different kinds of hearing problems and how people talk now, and by learning about users like James and Smita, I've gotten a full picture of what's needed. I'm dedicated to using this user-focused knowledge to create an easy-to-use design that helps people talk better, lets them be more on their own, and makes them feel less alone and judged.
